FAQs/Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all shoots. This amount will be applied to your final balance, which is due by the end of the shoot. Photo previews for selection will only be shared once the remaining balance is paid in full.

  • You’ll receive a Pixieset gallery link where you can view and select your favorite images for editing. Once your final edits are complete, they’ll be delivered through the same gallery for easy viewing and download.
    Please note that unedited images are not available for download or use, and your gallery will remain active for 30 days after delivery—be sure to download your photos before it expires.

    • Bronze Package: 1 week

    • Silver & Platinum Packages: 2–3 weeks

  • Yes. Rush options are available at the time of booking:

    • 24-hour turnaround (Bronze Package): +$100

    • 3-day turnaround (Silver/Platinum Packages): +$250

  • Yes. Professional retouching is $20 per photo for additional edits beyond your package.

  • Absolutely. If our standard options don’t fit your needs, please complete the contact form for a personalized quote.

  • Studio rental fees are separate unless stated otherwise in your quote.
    Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 20 miles from Bowie, MD.

  • You may reschedule your session once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    No-shows are subject to the full session fee.

  • For studio sessions, please arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in reduced shoot time or cancellation without refund due to studio booking limits.
    For on-location sessions, I offer more flexibility — just communicate any delays as soon as possible.
